I fell in love with fitness and eating right while joining Binibining Pilipinas 2014 and Amazing Race Asia, Season 5. It has been an incredible life-changing experience for me to conquer these two remarkable feats. I’ve transformed a fit body and made it a lifestyle. At times when I can’t religiously push myself to exercise, I try to balance it out by cooking vegetarian dishes or scouring the city and even to the islands to find healthy food. I’m not the most savvy fitness nut but I will share about the regimens that really worked wonders for me. If you or someone you know could use a little push today, this is where you’ll find it. And while keeping up with your health matters, so with fashion too. While we all love style, I don’t want you to fall down the black hole of fashion posts. I will share to you my pretty fun take on fashion and beauty and musings on trends on the side. Follow along as I let you in to my adventures and what I’ve learned from it. I will fill my blog with something that most of us can relate and hopefully, some free goodies for you guys too. Don’t worry, its not going to be a gluten-free whatever.
